Lunch with Caden, Colton, and Makena.
Ryan has just recently started enjoying Praise Baby. I can get 10-15 minutes of dinner making time with this video.
He has also been pulling up on everything.
And waking up with crazy hair. Might be time for a hair cut... :-(
We did VBS this past week and had so much fun. Jackson was able to attend because I was teaching. I originally planned to be in the nursery with Ryan but they needed an extra teacher in 2nd grade so I ended up there. It was a lot of fun and the ladies in the nursery took great care of Ryan.
Instead of VBS on Friday morning our church has a family event on Friday night. We had a lot of fun eating pizza, singing songs, and eating sno cones!
When Jacskson's age group went up to sing he wanted nothing to do with it. See how excited he is? He actually sat on the floor for a minute and then came back to our pew. He is just not into performing. As a matter of fact, each day all the VBS kids got together in the auditorium to sing songs and dance and I never once saw a hint of excitement on Jackson's face. He just isn't into that stuff. He is a total boy when it comes to being on stage or singing/dancing.
Ryan, on the other hand, had a great time watching the singing.
It really was a lot of fun and I'm glad we got to participate.

Wow, Ryan's hair IS getting so long! I love how he looks so proud of himself for pulling up (as he should be!) And your week of VBS sounds like a blast! Jackson cracks me up with his macho-man act, love it! Can't wait to see you guys this week!!
Oh, they are such dolls, Dana!! Or I guess, in deference to Jackson's disdain for anything un-boy-like, I need to say they are most handsome! LOL!
I remember how Alex would love to watch the Praise Baby CD and get so excited over one of the little girls! It was a delight to watch him watch!
Precious.
I LOVE the praise baby dvd you got us. I've already played it once for Andrew even though he still can't see the TV. Now when I play it for him, it will make me think of sweet Ryan. So proud of Jackson for attending VBS. I think that's such a great thing for kids. I especially like that your church wraps it all up with a family night. What a great idea! And who can fault Jackson for not wanting to perform? We all know that unless the hockey stick is involved, performing is not really his gig. =)
