Visit to Houston

Our visit to Houston was nice. But unfortunately we didn't get to see as many family members as we would have liked. Alex and his family were unable to get away from Alaska because of a possible job opportunity for him in Georgia. Then, Grandpa and Grandma Robin both got sick and were unable to come. We did get to have a nice visit with Aunt Courtney, Uncle Mark, baby Alex, Mumsey, and Nana. Here are some pictures from our trip.

Eating breakfast.

Watching the kitty cat out the window. He LOVED chasing around and harassing the two kitties.

Jackson watching t.v. with Nana.

Showing cousin Alex his car.

Giving cousin Alex a kiss.

Hanging out.

So exhausted from the day.

Jackson fell down the stairs THREE times! Once he fell at the top of the stairs while waiting for me, once while trying to walk up while being told no, and once when daddy was carrying him. By the end of the trip he'd wait at the bottom or top of the stairs before even attempting. He definitely learned his lesson, while giving us a few scares.

Falling down the stairs is one of my worst fears for Alex - especially living in a two-story house! I'm so glad that Jackson is ok.

Sorry that you didn't get to see everyone you had hoped to, but it looks like you guys had a nice time. Can't wait to hear all about it and stories of how Jackson interacted with Alex.

Miss you tons!

Sounds like you guys had a fun visit. It looks like Jackson was very cute and interested with baby Alex. Glad to hear he is ok since falling down the stairs! I'm sure that gave you guys quite a scare! Glad you had a nice visit!

Ouch! Those stairs were boogers for Jackson! Looks like lots of fun was had by all in spite of the occasional stair incident! Happy New Year!!
