November and December 2014

Thanksgiving 2014

Jackson's Thanksgiving Feast at school

Ryan's thankful hat - my favorite is the feather that says, "all these things."

Playgroup fun.  The kids made turkeys out of apples, cheerios, toothpicks and raisins.

We took a trip to the farm during our Thanksgiving break.

We visited family on G's side.  The boys posed for pictures for me.

At some point during the break we played down by the creek with friends.  Sadly, this isn't a beautiful picture because there seems to be a lot of trash down there!

Christmas 2014

The boys had their very own Star Wars tree upstairs this year thanks to Daddy's collection given to him by G over the years.

Ryan's pre-school program.

We had a visit to Uncle Alex's house.  The kids had a blast playing.

Lego Time!

We made and delivered treats to the neighbors.

Boys peeking to see if anyone was home.

We tried to give goodie bags to our neighborhood helpers.  The trash truck drivers were the hardest to catch.  Thankfully Daddy and Ryan chased them down.

Jackson's school party.  Snowball fight!

Snowman building.

We had our yearly December friend visit.  The kids went to Urban Air to jump.  Ryan stayed home because of pink eye.

Jason's Deli lunch.

The girls!

Ryan playing play-doh with the girls.

The kids waiting for their book exchange.

We had our annual visit to the mall Santa.

Time to make Christmas goodies.  The boys were chopping walnuts for me for our homemade toffee.

Time to make cookies for Santa.

Adding the white chocolate and sprinkles.

Our finished product.  We had a good laugh because you can see the picture of what they are supposed to look like below. Somehow ours did not quite turn out Pinterest worthy.  But they were good!

Reindeer Food!

We put the last ornament on our Jesse tree and read the Christmas story before bed.

Milk, cookies and notes for Santa and carrots for the reindeer.

Ready to see what Santa brought

Checking it all out.

Already building their new Lego sets.

Merry Christmas.

G and Dada with the grand kids.

We have had some serious Lego building going on in our house!
